REAR Window Captioning Available At Buckland Theatre
 
Technology, Rear Window, is now installed at Buckland Hills Showcase Cinemas across the highway (Rt I-84) from Buckland Hills Mall at Manchester, Connecticut. You should be able to go to the cinema on any date/time to watch a movie. Best to call first, and check which movie is captioned with this device.

You ask for the plexiglas Rear Windows device and it sets up at your seat, wherever you want to sit. CCOSD does not know yet how many devices the theater has.

Captions are reflected onto the plexiglas screen in front of you (kind of like when the president or any very important person makes a speech up on the podium with that plexiglas shield in front). You adjust the plexiglas so that the captioning will show at the bottom of the movie screen as you view.
